Mental health at work is often approached through the individual: stress, resilience, motivation, coping strategies or well-being.

Rethinking Work starts from a different question:

What if understanding mental health at work required looking at work differently?

Work is more than tasks, objectives, or job descriptions. It is a lived experience shaped by relationships, constraints, values, adjustments, choices and opportunities for action. Many of the factors that support, or undermine, mental health are embedded in the work itself.

Understanding work makes it possible to reveal what often remains invisible, make sense of complex situations, and restore the capacity to act at the level of individuals, teams, managers, and organizations.

How can Rethinking Work help?

Rethinking Work brings together different ways of exploring work and supporting mental health through individual support, guided learning, professional supervision, team development, and organizational interventions.
